Heavenly
The Heavenly Tiger Horse Registry
Like in The Royal Tiger Horse Registry, only those horses that were first entered into the probationary book and which proved themselves worthy for permanent installation will be accepted.
The ideal Heavenly Tiger Horse will exhibit an uphill style of movement, and either perform a true trot, or shuffle, which is a broken trot. These horses are bred to excel in such disciplines as dressage, as hunters, or jumpers. Their way of going can be compared to many warmblood breeds, which lift the shoulders and display forward moton originating from the hindquarters.
In appearance, the horse should show a typical Iberian profile, with a naturally arched neck bending at the second vertebrae. The withers should be moderate to high, The shoulders sloping back, and the back should be of moderate length. Often, these horses will have a low tail set, but will not be penalized for a higher tail set. Legs should be well boned and dry, with larger hoof size than seen on most 4-gaited horses. Draft influence, while permitted, should be minimal. Disposition of the Heavenly Tiger Horse should be friendly and social, with an interest in the task presented to them. .
To prove themselves worthy of permanent registration in The Heavenly Tiger Horse Registry, an eligible stallion must first sire 5 eligible and registered Tiger Horse foals. Eligible mares must qualify by producing 3 eligible and registered Tiger Horse foals. These individuals are then accepted as Heavenly Tiger Horses. The only exception to this rule is for offspring born from 2 Heavenly registered parents. Offspring born from 2 Heavenly registered parents automatically qualify as Royalty.
