Neither Tigre, The Tiger Horse Breed Registry, nor The SOULON Tiger Horse Registry, their Owners, Officers, Directors, Governing Members or employees,
shall be liable for any damages sustained by the applicant for registration, or any other person or party, as a result of the issuance, transfer or cancellation, of registration certificates based upon
statements made, or information supplied by the applicant for registration, or any other person or party. TIGRE and SOULON will refuse to register any animal if such registration is deemed detrimental
to the objectives of TIGRE or SOULON as stated in their by-laws. Members deemed to be disruptive will also be banned and no membership refunds will be made under any circumstances. TIGRE, The Tiger
